"Importing is fine, exporting feels a bit clunky"
Importing files has been smooth for me most of the time, maybe with the occasional hiccup. Exporting is where it gets a little messy though. It usually takes a few extra steps, and the formats don’t always come out quite the way I need them.

"Support was helpful"
Well... I had a small issue with my license, and support got back to me the same day. It took a couple messages back and forth to figure things out, but in the end they got it sorted.

"Useful tools, but a bit clunky"
The coding features are genuinely helpful, and the analysis views make it easier to keep track of what’s going on. Like I said, the tools themselves are good, but the interface can feel a little confusing at times. Projects also take a while to load sometimes, which gets annoying. But like I said, it still does the job overall

"Hard to figure out"
I had a tough time using this. The menus felt really crowded, and I kept clicking around forever just to do simple things. What made it more frustrating was getting inconsistent answers when I tried to figure things out, so I never really knew if I was doing it right. Maybe it works for some people, but it just wasn’t for me.

"The charts look okay at first, but..."
The charts look okay at first, but they’re not as clear as I’d like, and putting reports together takes more effort than I expected. I’ve had to clean things up manually way too often, which gets annoying fast. It’s not unusable, but for what we’re paying, I expected a smoother experience. If this doesn’t get better, I’d start looking at other options.

"Helped me organize my research without wasting time"
I mainly use ATLAS.ti to keep my notes, PDFs, and codes all in one place, and it’s made my research feel a lot less chaotic. There was definitely a bit of a learning curve at first, but once I got comfortable with it, finding things again became so much easier. I do wish it were a little cheaper, so I’d say it’s worth thinking about the price if you’re on a tight budget. But if you’re dealing with a lot of files and need a better way to stay organized, it’s been really useful for me.

"It works alright most of the time..."
It works alright most of the time, but every now and then it slows down or acts a little flaky. I was expecting it to feel more reliable, kind of like... well, just smoother overall.

"I’ve been using ATLAS.ti for a while now..."
I’ve been using ATLAS.ti for a while now, it’s been solid. For what it does, I do think it’s worth the money, and the student pricing made a big difference for me because the regular license would’ve been a little too expensive personally.
The main downside is the licensing setup. It can be kind of confusing at first trying to figure out what you actually need and for how long, and the renewal price isn’t exactly cheap either. That part feels a little ridiculous, but the software itself works well, so I’d still give it 4 stars.

"Pretty much what I needed for team notes"
I mainly wanted something that would make sharing notes with my team simple, and it’s done a good job of that. I wasn’t expecting anything too fancy, just a straightforward way for everyone to stay on the same page, and it’s worked well for that.

"Ended up using the AI way more than I thought"
I’ve been using ATLAS.ti for a uni project, mostly sorting through interview transcripts, and the AI features have been more useful than I expected. The auto coding isn’t perfect, so I still go back and check the tags line by line, but it gives me a solid starting point and saves a lot of the repetitive sorting work. Even small things, like quickly grouping similar responses, make the research process feel a lot less overwhelming. Happy with it so far

"Really Helpful Training Resources"
The training resources were easy to follow and felt genuinely helpful. Everything was explained clearly, which made me feel confident I was learning the right way.
